In 2026, IMA will celebrate its more than 20 years of existence with a two-day program at the Zwentendorf Nuclear Power Plant. The festivities include a SCI-FI dinner for 100 invited guests and a string of artworks which, following a plot by Klaudia Zotzmann-Koch, will guide visitors through the history and future of IMA and the nuclear power plant. In the Alte Werstätte, the Vienna Acousmonium invites listeners to a massive sound experience on both evenings.
A shuttle service will be available for our guests between Tullnerfeld Station and the AKW.

The Foodtruck Catering The Rolling Kitchen will provide refreshments.
Conditions for Visiting the Art Trail
- Participation is only possible with a pre-booked ticket
- For safety reasons, participation in the AKW Tour is permitted only for individuals who are at least 15 years of age.
- Unfortunately, tours of the power plant for people with special needs cannot be offered at this time.
- Sturdy footwear is required (no high heels, etc.).
- During the tour, visitors will need to walk up and down several flights of stairs.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited while on the premises of the Zwentendorf Nuclear Power Plant. Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate in the guided tour.
